Minimum Monthly Guarantee MMG

Our Monthly Minimum Guarantee is 60 hours per month. Effective February 29, 2020

First Officer

2020

1st Year - $90/Hour

2nd Year - $92/Hour

3rd Year - $94/Hour

4th Year - $96/Hour

5th Year - $98/Hour

6th Year - $100/Hour


First Officer tops out at year 5.


2021

1st year - $97/Hour

2nd year - $99/Hour

3rd year - $101/Hour

4th year - $103/Hour

5th year - $105/Hour

Captain

Pay During Training

All pilots begin full pay from day 1 at $90/hour and 60MMG, plus $1.85/hr per diem during training. 


Hotels and Air Travel will be provided to and from any training event.


Pilots will also be compensated for Computer Based Training completed at home before the start of training at $990. If completed before training commences it will be on your first paycheck otherwise to be paid out when completed on next check.

Benefits and Perks

Airline Miles and Hotel Points:

Keep your airline miles and hotel points from company purchased tickets and hotels. Exceptions only to customer booked hotels where points are not eligible. 


CASS:

We have jumpseat agreements with almost every airline except Delta Air Lines and Alaska Airlines.


KCM:

Pilots receive KCM access card.


Commuter Relocation Perk:

The company will provide up 2 weeks of hotels and travel to your new base in MIA or IWA if you are not home based. This will serve as an opportunity to find a permanent home or crashpad. 


Vehicle Parking:

Company reimbursed parking in your base or home airport if home based.


401K Retirement Program:

iAero Airways March 2020 will offer a 4% match, new hires will be eligible for the program 30 days after employment.


Health, Dental and other Benefits:

iAero effective Jan 2020 will have a new comprehensive health package for employees. Plans include High Deductible, PPO, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, STD/LTD and accident.
